What Pecunnia is, and what it is not
Last updated: 30 October 2026
This translation is provided for convenience. In case of discrepancy, the French version prevails.
1. Pecunnia is not investment advice
The information published by Pecunnia — market data, asset pages, news, explanations, weekly recaps, the assistant's answers — is intended to be informative and educational. It constitutes neither investment advice (conseil en investissement), nor a personalised recommendation to buy, sell or hold a financial instrument, nor a solicitation to invest.
Pecunnia takes into account neither your financial situation, nor your objectives, nor your risk tolerance. It manages no portfolio: the positions you enter are yours and are only used to present them to you.
2. The AI's answers may contain errors
The assistant's answers are generated automatically from the available data and from language models. They may be incomplete, inaccurate or out of date despite the checks in place. Each important figure is accompanied by its source and its date where these exist: check them before drawing any conclusion.
3. You remain the sole decision-maker
Before any investment decision:
- check the information with official and independent sources;
- assess your own situation, your objectives and your capacity to bear a loss;
- consult, if necessary, an authorised professional (a financial investment advisor (conseiller en investissements financiers), for example).
4. Risks
Any investment carries a risk of capital loss, which may go as far as total loss for certain instruments (crypto-assets, derivatives…). Past performance is no indication of future performance. Prices may be delayed or frozen: the date of each piece of data is shown.
5. Sources
The data comes from third-party sources, cited in the legal notice. Their accuracy and completeness cannot be guaranteed. The news items are the articles of their publishers: Pecunnia displays their headline (translated where applicable), source and link, together with an AI-generated explanation.
6. Reminder
In accordance with the recommendations of the Autorité des marchés financiers (AMF): the information is provided for guidance only; it does not constitute investment advice; investing involves risks of capital loss.
